⛲️ The Huntington Library has 16 beautiful, themed gardens, three remarkable art galleries, and a world renowned, independent research library. For AAPI Heritage Month, we start exploring this massive institution at the beautiful Liu Fang Yuan Chinese garden. The classical Chinese garden is like taking a journey back in time! Next, we visit the iconic and very popular Japanese garden with it’s moon bridge, koi pond, and it’s traditional Japanese architecture. From there, we can discuss which garden, gallery, or exhibition hall we want to explore together or independently. Get ready to walk, talk, and take a lot of pretty pictures!

We will gather at 10 am right outside the admission entrance. If you’re running late, look for us at the Chinese garden first and then Japanese garden. Check the Discussion posts on this FB invite for updates. Be sure to purchase either the 10 am timed entry for 5/22 or a shuttle ticket.
